Last night I got word from someone who was scheduled to come. This person financially cannot come so now we are left needing 3 people the day before the LAN. At this point guys I'm going to call it so people can make other plans for their weekends. I'm sorry this fell through guys. Sorry to waste your time.

I can host one at my apartment. Couple conditions though. Everyone has to pay 10 dollars (my electric bill is going to be ******d) and there will be a maximum of 8 people playing. People would need to bring probably two tables, and I have like 4 chairs.

Reach My Level is hosting its first event at a local LAN House in St. Louis, Missouri during the weekend of June 22-24. We will be using the great room for two setups of 8 monitor and 8 Xboxes, and also including another setup with 4 monitors and 4 xboxes to play casual 2v2s, and 1v1s. The weekend will begin on the Friday, June 22nd at 4 PM CST and we will conclude in the morning on Sunday, June 24th. Don’t worry; we have plenty of other rooms that will be used for sleeping except the kitchen, which will be held for our catering and unlimited drinks. We do ask for our participants to bring their setups, we will have a system where everything will be kept organized and be sure nothing will be stolen. If you have these items we will be greatly appreciated if they are brought:

Any size monitor
Xbox 360
Xbox wired controllers
Halo Reach
HDMI Cables
Headsets
Ethernet Cables
Sleeping bag + Pillow
We are aware that you may not have all these items but if you have any please try to bring them.

This weekend will cost $35; this includes your stay at the house, unlimited drinks, and four meals. We plan on having pizza, doughnuts, sandwiches, and catering for the weekend. If you would like to bring your own snacks or non-alcoholic drinks you are more then welcome to do so.

If ANY alcohol or drugs are brought to the event you will be kicked out with no refund. Any other bad behaviors will result in being kicked out of the house with no refund as well. When signing up you agree to these terms.

You must sign up online; once you sign up you will be given a receipt with the address of the house and this will be your ticket into the house. Remember, there are no refunds upon purchase. We are allowing up to 32 participants, so sign up today and hope to see you guys for The Ultimate Weekend!
