Can't link PSN account

When I attempt to link my PSN account, after I enter all the correct information, on the top of the page it returns, "Missing return URL parameter." Like what does that even mean???? Before GB was transferred all my accounts were linked but now when I attempt to relink I receive that error.. so any suggestions? or any info why my accounts never carried over.....
