Hey everyone, I want to stream Halo: Reach on my Macbook Pro. I already have a capture card (Eye TV) and downloaded Camtwist and FlashMediaLiveEncorder. I'm looking to stream on my ViewSonic using VGA. I just bought a VGA Converter, it should be coming in the mail today. Basically I'm wondering how exactly I have to set this up and what else I need to buy. If any of you guys know or have a setup similar to this, please give me some advice. Thanks!

Im not sure if perhaps you are confused or if it is just miss worded, but EyeTv is Capturing Software, not a capture card.

He's using CamTwist so all he needs is a window with the video.
I basically have the same setup. You'll need Audio HiJack Pro to grab the audio from EyeTV and your Line-in for voice. Send that to Soundflower and in FME choose Soundflower as your audio choice.
Audio Hijack Pro - You can either buy it or it's extremely easy to find a "free" version of it.
Soundflower
That's basically it. You'll have to play around with the bitrate. That's something I still have trouble with. I'm doing 25 FPS and 1800 bitrate for video and it's still kind of crappy.

Elgato EyeTV is a capture card and a software.

Also, CamTwist doesn't work with OS X Lion. Just something to be cautious of.
