It's a real shame, the gameplay was fantastic but the matchmaking is so bad post TU. Even if I get into a match it's rarely 4v4 and I never actually get a good match and usually get quitters.

I've actually been playing Gotham City Imposters lately. It's a very fun game, controls and loadout wise it's set up like CoD but its fundamental balance reminds me of Shadowrun. Plus it has the Batman Motif and doesn't take itself too seriously. It's something I can hop on, always find a match, and have a good time playing all by myself. Though I would love it if some people would give it a try and play with me.

As for Reach, I hope it gets another event because I think MLG is a good 4v4 game. But unless there is an event that I'll want to go to and practice for then there won't be much drive to get on and play/practice as a team. Reach offers nothing outside of MLG and GoldPRO customs for me, hopefully H4 remedies that.

Pretty much this.

Hate that there's no decent FFA or Team doubles. Used to play doubles in h2/h3 all the time.
If the MLG-playlist had some sort of system behind it's matching except for "Take these 4 random dudes and throw them against this to4" I'd probably play a lot more MLG too. But since my team stopped playing I just don't have the motivation.
