I've been training my grip for a while and am getting pretty close to closing the #3 CoC but with my bodyweight I don't think I'd ever be built for climbing like you are. Good job!

Are you ******ed? Bulking is a caloric surplus... more carbs, more protein. 225 is not heavy, I know girls who can lift that. I'd say don't say you lift heavy until you're lifting at a minimum 2x your bodyweight.

I've been a long time lurker of this thread since it was created. It helped me get started working out! I enjoyed seeing other people's progress such as fragtality and blitz. Just know it hasn't died in vain my friend! :)
